    Detailed Description:

    • wwwssr10.supercp.com is not responding when queried. This may be caused by an unexpected restart leading to a file system check, a hardware issue, or network error. Our system administrators are already working to resolve this issue. If the issue should persist for more than one hour, we will update this notice with further information.

    - The RAID rebuild on the server is currently at 67%
    2/18/17 3:30PM EDT - The RAID rebuild on the server is complete. The server is now undergoing a FSCK (File System Consistency Check).
    2/18/17 6:00PM EDT - The FSCK (File System Consistency Check) failed. Our Engineers are working as quickly as possible to restore service.
    2/18/17 8:00PM EDT - Our Engineers have determined that multiple drives had failed. Our Engineers have began the process of building a new server and restoring data from backup. We do not have an estimated time for full recovery, we will be updating this status page hourly to provide updates on the situation. In the coming days we will have a full RFO report available to you.

    2/19/17 11:57 PM EDT - There have been reports of sites showing a 404 even though they have files, our engineers are working to correct this as quickly as possible, we will update here again once resolved.
    2/20/17 7:30AM EDT - Our admins have resolved this issue with the 404 errors.
    2/20/17 9:49AM EDT - All services have remained online and stable for over 10 hours. Some individual issues continue to affect a small percentage of accounts and we are working with those customers to resolve any remaining trouble.
